It’s not always easy to see how the many plants and animals of Vermont’s ecosystems are important to us and each other. Unless we’re talking about blueberries! The Southern Vermont Natural History Museum will bring it’s Vermont Wildlife program to the Boyd Family Farm for the blueberry festival with a special focus on how those delicious blue nibblets fit into the food web. Live animals, touchable artifacts and an interactive presentation will culminate in a short hike to sample some of the wild blueberries that grow around the Boyd Farm property.
